Recognize YOUR Hard-Working Lowcountry Student!

Whether you’re a parent or guardian, fellow student, friend or family member, nominate a student to be one of Geno’s Academic All-Stars!  Photo: Saga Communications/Saga Communications

It’s Been a Lowcountry Tradition for More Than a Decade
and Continues This School Year!

Star 99.7, the People’s Station, and the Clekis Law Firm, want to spotlight students from all across the Lowcountry who have an A average and/or had perfect attendance (or excused absences) on their report cards. Whether you’re a parent or guardian, fellow student, friend or family member, nominate a student to be one of Geno’s Academic All-Stars!

All you need to do is fill out the form below, which includes:

  • Student’s full name (first and last)
  • Name of the school he/she attends
  • Grade they are in during the 2020-2021 school year

Plus, share why the student should be spotlighted as an Academic All-Star. Then, attach a photo or scanned file (PNG or JPEG only) of the student’s 2020-2021 report card.

If your nominated student is selected, Geno will highlight him or her on-air and share their personal story, officially recognizing them as an Academic All-Star of the day! Each weekday, one All Star will be selected and have their story shared between 10AM and 3PM on Star 99.7. And, we hope to be able to invite them to our school year-end Academic All-Star lunch (Covid-19 permitting).
